Family Registration

Please join us for a weekend of fun and excitement! The American Cancer Society Hozhoni Weekend children’s cancer camp provides a supportive and recreational environment for children and their families dealing with childhood cancer.

Applications will be accepted through FRIDAY, AUGUST 6, 2010. Space is limited, so EARLY REGISTRATION is encouraged. We ask that you complete and submit the application as soon as possible. Families attending camp for the first time are given first priority. As a general guideline, families will be limited to attending camp no more than four times. This is strictly due to a limitation of available cabin space. Late registration cannot guarantee t-shirts or special accommodations.

The camp fee is $25.00 per family of four and $5.00 for each additional person. Financial assistance is available for those families in need. Meals and family/group cabins are included in the cost.
